My role as a therapist is to help you find solutions and concrete answers to your questions or the difficulty you may be facing in your life.
You are the one who choses the aspect of your life which you would like to explore in therapy. We can decide to work on a specific theme instead of on the general way you live your life, for example.
Whatever the angle, the purpose is always to travel towards greater understanding and acceptance of yourself; a journey which will help you live your life better.
My method of work is based on interaction, in whichever shape or form. For this reason, each therapy is different.
